The list of the documents, necessary for implementation of notarial operations

Registration of the power of attorney on the motor-car

  • Passport of the person applying;
  • Passport of the transport means (PTM);
  • Certificate on registration of the transport means (CTM);
  • Data on the plenipotentiary (the person, to whom the power of attorney is issued) surname, name, middle name, exact date of birth, registration address according to the domicile. In order to avoid the mistakes, it would be preferable to submit the passport or the copy of the passport of the plenipotentiary.

Registration of the power of attorney

  • Passport of the person applying;
  • Data on the plenipotentiary (the person, to whom the power of attorney is issued) surname, name, middle name, exact date of birth, registration address according to the domicile. In order to avoid the mistakes, it would be preferable to submit the passport or the copy of the passport of the plenipotentiary;
  • Exact address, in accordance with the documents, of the real estate, in the event of indication of the objects of the real estate.

Consent of the spouse on settlement of the bargain

  • Passport of the person applying;
  • Original certificate on marriage;
  • Exact address, in accordance with the documents, of the real estate, in the event of indication of the objects of the real estate.

Registration of the loan agreement

  • Notarially certified consent of the spouses, the parties of the bargain.

Consent of the parent on departure of the child abroad

  • Passport of the person applying;
  • Original birth certificate of the child;
  • Exact material:
    • On departure terms and the period;
    • Country(s) of residence, which the child plans to visit;
    • The surname, name and middle name of the accompanying person.

Testimony

  • Passport of the person applying;
  • Material on successor surname, name, middle name, complete birth date. In order to avoid the mistakes, it would be preferable to submit the passport or the copy of the passport of the successor;
  • Exact address, in accordance with the documents, of the real estate, in the event of indication of the objects of the real estate.

Registration of authenticity of the signature on the bank cards, documents, applications

  1. For sole entrepreneurs:

    • Passport of the person applying;
    • Original certificate on registration;
    • Original certificate on TIN conferment.

  2. For legal entities:

    • Passports of the officials, the signatures of which are necessary to be notarially certified;
    • Original Article, registered in the Tax Agency or Moscow Registration Chamber;
    • Original constituent agreement (if available);
    • Original certificate on registration of the organization (BPRN);
    • Original certificate on TIN conferment;
    • Original extracts from the UPRLE, with the statute of limitation not exceeding seven days for the moment of addressing to the notary office;
    • Original minutes or decision on appointment on the position of the head of the organization;
    • Original decree on appointment on the position of the chief accountant and other employees;
    • Original decrees on appointment on the position of other officials, including the chief accountant (if the signatures thereof are certified).

Registration of bargains with living quarters

  1. Documents, establishing the right:

    For privatized apartments:
    • Agreement on conveyance;
    • Certificate on public registration of the property right or certificate on the right of residence.
    For purchased apartments:
    • Purchase and sale agreement;
    • Certificate on public registration of the property right (on bargains, settled after 1999).
    For the apartments, acquired under the barter agreement:
    • Barter agreement;
    • Certificate on public registration of the property right (on bargains, settled after 1999).
    For the inherited apartments:
    • Certificate on the right of succession;
    • Certificate on public registration of the property right (on bargains, settled after 1999).
    For the feofmented apartments:
    • Feofment agreement;
    • Certificate on public registration of the property right (on bargains, settled after 1999).

  2. Deed of conveyance of the living quarter
    for agreements on alienation, registered after 01.03.1996)
  3. From the technical inventory bureau (TIB):

    • Certificate on cost of the apartment (valid during 1 month);
    • Explication in 2 specimens;
    • Copies of the floor plan in 2 specimens.

  4. From the housing-maintenance organizations (REU, UICC etc.):

    • Copy of the financial personal account or calculation card of the owner (issued by the bookkeeping office, valid during 1 month) in 2 specimens;
    • Extract from the house-register (issued by the passport board, valid during 1 month) in 2 specimens.

  5. From the wardship and trusteeship agencies:

    Decree of the wardship or trusteeship agency on settlement of the bargain
    (if the owner, or one of the owners, of the living quarter is the minor or the minor use the living quarter, that is he/she is registered therein according the domicile).

  6. Notarially certified consent of the spouse on settlement of the bargain or Notarially certified application on absence of the spouse.
